Something about really great shows like “Mary Tyler Moore” these days: They may still be in syndication, but now that there are so many venues for new content, are people still watching them or are they getting lost to history? I can’t tell; there was a big pop of recent coverage around Mary’s death last year but it’s hard to get numbers on something like this. Georgette Baxter was a terrific character played by Georgia ENGEL, a name I’d forgotten. Please, no offense intended, fat ladies and ducks (ducks).
