I know that they throw KALE into everything these days, but would you say it’s a “Popular ingredient in smoothies”? To me, “popular” indicates that people actually want it in their smoothies, rather than asking for it just so the healthy smoothie people don’t ridicule them (“What, you don’t want leafy green vegetables in your milkshake? You’re too good for KALE? You realize that if you don’t put it in your drink, you will die immediately …”).
